Striper fishing is improving as water temps drop. The mouth of Delaware Bay is the spot where most of the action is taking place. The bigger fish are being taken between the 8’s and in The Valley or at Overfalls Shoal. Live eel,

Live spot, black salties, or Stretches on the troll are the tickets. Joe Lombardo,

Joe Perry, and Tom Casner are bangin’ em up in the Rick’s Bait & Tackle / SeaSide Gas & Grill Striper Tournament. The guys are fishing on Tom’s boat,

( Get The Net) are have the first three spots filled. Joe Lombardo at 28.6 pounds,

Joe Perry at 27.4 pounds and Tom Casner at 25.2 pounds. The Haas boys, Bobby and Greg, along with buddy Mike, had the “Deep Passion” to the 8’s to score an 18 pound striper. Indian River Inlet seems to be holding plenty of fish with the problem being most are on the short side of 28 inches. This will change for sure. Don’t forget to be at the fishing seminar December 2nd at the Texas Grill on Long Neck Road. Wreck fishing and striper fishing techniques will be presented from 9 P.M. to 11 P.M. by Capt. Mike Rivera of On Delivery Sportfishing. Don’t miss it!
