STRIPER FISHING IS GETTING BETTER !

Hi Folks,

Striper fishing continues to improve as more linesiders work their

way south. The mouth of Delaware Bay seems to be the most productive

area. Between the 8’s and in the Valley folks slinging eels, dropping spot

or black salties, and those trolling Stretches have been scoring fish. The

big bluefish have also made their presence known. Ken Kullmen, Dave

Albright, and John Albright scored fish between the 8’s. Tom Casner

And crew also scored some nice stripers fishing the mouth of the bay.

Fishing the wall and the Haystacks for tog has also provided some real

good days for guys soaking green crabs or sand fleas. Indian River Inlet

is also giving up stripers near the ends of the tide. Bob Cleveland on

“Deputy Dog” had Dennis Reber trolling off the Fenwick Beach to score

a 21 pound 6 oz striper.

On the freshwater scene, Guy Sterlicchi of Wilmington fished the

Millsboro Pond to score a Citation 1 pound yellow perch and a 5.5 pound

Largemouth bass.

‘Til next week, Have Fun and Be Safe !!!!

P.S. HAPPY THANKSGIVING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
