Hi Folks,

Well it is finally starting to seem like fishing season. I got to use

the scale this week. Kenny Gregg was drifting through Massey’s Ditch

and hooked into a 10 Lb 10 oz striper that wanted his herring/minnow

combo. George Mood was soaking fresh bunker off Cape Henelopen

Beach when he tangled with a 33 pound, 40 inch striper. Alex Raptapolus

of Harrisburg, Pa. used cut herring on a white bucktail to trick his 18 ½ inch

flattie he took from Indian River. Jerrod Briddell of Selbyville checked in with

a report of short stripers galore and a 32 incher that kept him busy in Indian River

Inlet. Jarrod was throwing Storm baits. Sure feels good to be writing a report of

Anglers scoring fish. Should keep on getting better as the water warms.
